Release Notes

Web Version 3.XXXXX (Released April 17, 2020)

• iFollowUp List updated based on user feedback
  • Column header “Patient” renamed to “Pt Chat”
  • Column header “Follow ID” renamed to “Notes”
  • Open button added to notes column to open internal Notes
• Fixed error where users were signed out when adding Notes
• Added a new feature to allow a specific script or other text to display on Create FollowUp screen
• Added a new feature where picture thumbnails appear in Chat Room threads
• Fixed error when creating an iFollowUp encounter where if too many characters were in the Summary field, the encounter would not be created and the user would not receive a warning. 
• Added a new feature where a checkbox was added to the Notes section named “Check as Billed”. If a note is added with the checkbox selected, a column on the iFollowUp List named “Last Billed” is updated with today’s date
• Fixed error where the incorrect time stamp was displayed in Note
